Existence and multiplicity of solutions for nonlocal systems involving fractional Laplacian with non-differentiable terms

In this paper, we devote to the study of the existence and multiplicity of solutions of nonlocal systems involving fractional Laplacian with non-differentiable terms using some extended critical point theorems for locally Lipschitz function on product spaces.     

Computational analysis for the determination of deleterious nsSNPs in human MTHFD1 gene

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are the most common genetic polymorphisms and play a major role in many inherited diseases. Methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase 1 (MTHFD1) is one of the enzymes involved in folate metabolism. In the present study, the functional and structural consequences of nsSNPs of human MTHFD1 gene was analyzed using various computational tools like SIFT, PolyPhen2, PANTHER, PROVEAN, SNAP2, nsSNPAnalyzer, PhD-SNP, SNPs&GO, I-Mutant, MuPro, ConSurf, InterPro, NCBI Conserved Domain Search tool, ModPred, SPARKS-X, RAMPAGE, FT Site and PyMol. Out of 327 nsSNPs form human MTHFD1 gene, total 45 SNPs were predicted as functionally most significant SNPs, among which 17 were highly conserved and functional, 17 were highly conserved and structural residues. Among 45 most significant SNPs, 15 were predicted to be involved in post translational modifications. The p.Gly165Arg may interfere in homodimer interface formation. The p.Asn439Lys and p.Asp445Asn may interfere in binding interactions of MTHFD1 protein with cesium cation and potassium. The two SNPs (p.Asp562Gly and p.Gly637Cys) might interfere in interactions of MTHFD1 with ligand.     

Subgroups of totally imprimitive permutation groups

In this work the study of subgroups of totally imprimitive permutation groups is continued. Some sufficient conditions for the existence of minimal non-FC-subgroups are given. These results depend mainly on the properties of self-normalizing subgroups, which are closed in the topology of point-wise convergence. Finally, new properties of a totally imprimitive permutation p-group satisfying the cyclic-block property are given which might be a suitable example to look for minimal non-FC-subgroups.     

两类五阶解非线性方程组的迭代算法

本文首先根据Runge-Kutta方法的思想,结合Newton迭代法,提出了一类带参数的解非线性方程组F(x)=0的迭代算法,然后基于解非线性方程f(x)=0的King算法,给出第二类解非线性方程组的迭代算法,收敛性分析表明这两类算法都是五阶收敛的.其次给出了本文两类算法的效率指数,以及一些已知算法的效率指数,并且将本文算法的效率指数与其它方法进行详细的比较,通过效率比率R_(i,j)可知本文算法具有较高的计算效率.最后给出了四个数值实例,将本文两类算法与现有的几种算法进行比较,实验结果说明本文算法收敛速度快,迭代次数少,有明显的优势.     

抽象空间中非线性算子方程变号解的存在性研究

利用Banach空间中的锥理论和不动点定理讨论了非线性算子方程变号解的存在性,给出了E_u_0空间下非线性算子方程变号解至少有一个变号解、一个正解和一个负解的条件,并讨论了仅通过一个上解条件得出非线性算子方程变号解的存在性定理.     

Modified classification of non-self-adjoint second-order difference equations

This paper is concerned with the classification of non-self-adjoint second-order difference equations. The relationship between the number of summable solutions of non-self-adjoint difference equations and that of the discrete linear Hamiltonian system is discussed. A classification for non-self-adjoint second-order difference equations is established, which is independent of the choice of the rotated half plane and the fixed point.

将交通需求级别进行划分后,通过数据包络分析法计算交通需求匹配度和交通运行效率,近乎绝对细化交通运行表现,依据具有时间轴的四维交通状况模拟建立了全新多维度的交通评价体系。此外,利用模糊层次分析法确定道路交通安全评价指标体系中各个指标的权重,同时作出基于差异驱动原理的综合评价。最后,将交通的污染指标提炼为机动车的排放指标和电动车的耗电指标来衡量交通工具对环境的影响。     

New results for the Liebau phenomenon via fixed point index

We prove new results regarding the existence of positive solutions for a nonlinear periodic boundary value problem related to the Liebau phenomenon. As a consequence we obtain new sufficient conditions for the existence of a pump in a simple model. Our methodology relies on the use of classical fixed point index. Some examples are provided to illustrate our theory. We improve and complement previous results in the literature.     

Comparative study of degree-based molecular descriptors of cyclodextrins through M-polynomial and NM-polynomial

Cyclodextrins are natural oligosaccharides used to increase the solubility of drugs. It has numerous applications in drug discovery, food storage and other fields. Loftsson et al. explained about applications of Cyclodextrins(CDs) in administrating the drugs through various ways. Jansook et al. has given insights into the structure, physicochemical properties and pharmaceutical applications of CDs. In the present work, cyclodextrin and its derivatives such as α, β, γ CDs are studied for which various degree and neighborhood degree-based topological indices are computed through M-polynomial and NM-polynomial respectively and the comparison of the indices for all three types of cyclodextrins are presented which are of great importance in QSPR/QSAR studies.     

Silicone nanomicelle dyeing method on polyester fibre: Comparative evaluation of chemical properties,fastness properties,and DFT

Disperse Red 177(9a), Disperse Red 343(9b), Disperse Blue 165(9c), Disperse Blue 165.1(9d), Disperse Blue 366(9e), and Disperse Blue 148(9f) were examined in the solvent. During silicon nanomicelle dyeing, we employed 9(a–f) azo disperse dyes on polyester. On polyester fabric, dye 9(a–f) offers equal washing, light, and rubbing fastness in both the conventional and silicone nanomicelle techniques. The dye can now be transported directly into the fibre core without the use of auxiliary dyes owing to the reduction in the particle size of azo dyes, which is made possible by nanoemulsions superior dispersion. The levelling property of the dispersed dye is enhanced by the dyeing process. When both techniques are applied, the lightfastness properties of all dyes are improved. It provides a very good to outstanding protection factor for textile materials. These 9(a–f) azo disperse dyes have moderate to outstanding photostability, net electrophilicity index, and lightfastness.
